News and Info for Teams Racing this Season

They will be competing at the Superstock Teams in Palmy and Teams Nationals in Auckland.

Next week the Palmerston North Panthers take on the Nelson Tigers in Nelson for the Challenge Cup Trophy, The team line ups are,

17th November see the Wellington Wildcats taking on the Nelson Tigers in Wellington to kick off the Teams Racing season for the Wildcats. Will be interesting to see how they go with Dale Robertson in the ex Kev Smith car pretty much totally rebuilt and Changed from last season and also Scott Mcintosh in his heyburn built Tmac upgraded to a superstock!

Aswell as the Tigers taking on the Wildcats, the Tasman Thunder Stockcar Team will also be travelling along side the Tigers to face the Wellington Young Guns.

More Teams racing will continue on the same weekend, starts a day earlier in fact, with the TWS Stockcar Teams Invasion in Huntly where 8 teams have been comfirmed to compete in what will be a awesome meeting just like last year. Teams comfirmed are Waikato Raiders, Manawatu Steelers, Meeanee Maulers, Kihikihi Crusaders, Gisborne Gladiators, Auckland Alleycats, Rotorua Rascals, Wanganui Vulcans. To Kick off the Teams Racing for the Stockcars The Tasman Thunder took on the Greymouth Grizzlies which saw Greymouth take the win.

Teams Racing continues next week with the Manawatu Steelers taking on the Stratford Stormers at Stratford which should be a cracker to warm both teams up before the Huntly Teams Invasion

After another week of speedway another couple teams races to kick teams racing off for the season for some teams has started, Palmy Panthers travelled south to take on the Nelson Tigers which saw the Panthers take the win. Sadly the tigers lost 2 drivers early which ended there hopes of winning.

The Tigers travel to Wellington this weekend to take on the Wildcats, aswell as the Tasman Thunder travelling with them to take on the Wellington Young Guns

The other teams race on Saturday saw the Manawatu Steelers travel up the road to Stratford to take on the Stratford Stormers, even though the Stormers put up a great fight the Steelers were to strong taking 1,2,3.

Next on the cards teams racing wise is North vs South at Woodford Glen next week + Wildcats/Youngs vs Tigers/Thunder and the Huntly Teams Invasion.

Manawatu Mustangs will travel to Stratford to take on the Scrappers on the finals night of the Under 23 Stockcar Champs
