NZ Dirt Racing King of the Ring Superstock Champs 2012

Welcome to the 2012 NZ Dirt Racing King of the Ring Superstock Champs, this will be a simple 1 vs 1 run off format event to see who will be the King of the Ring
A simple 1 v 1 4 lap run off format.
All drivers register and get put into a Round Robin qualifying group.
TBC groups x TBC drivers (This will depend on amount of entrys)
Every driver races each other once.
Points are:
2 points for a win
1 point for a Roll over
1 point for a Lead Change to win
1 point for a loss
The 2 highest point scorers from each group qualify for Quarter finals.
Random Draw to find your opponent.
Either One off race (first across the line wins) or Best of 3 (first across line wins) To be decided by admin.
The 4 winners advance to Semi Finals

Either One off race (first across the line wins) or Best of 3 (same as above to be decided by admin)
The 2 winners advance to a Best of 3 4 lap races.

Rules:
1 - There is no restriction of Driving Device or Forced View, we encourage you to drive in your comfortable zone.
2 - All Racing is to be done Anti Clockwise direction, If you are spun, you must wait for a gap to turn around safely.
3 - Attacking of parked cars will not be tolerated, 1 warning will be issued.
4 - Use of the pole line to gain a Advantage to either take out or pass opposition driver is strictly Prohibited. The same for blockers, pulling to the grass to protect yourself or let team mates through is prohibited.
5 - If you are rolled onto your side or roof, have blown your engine or are stationary in a dangerous spot, You must exit immediately, Failure to do so may result a protest against you. You also may NOT AT ANY STAGE roll yourself back onto your wheels or another team mate to help you to/and continue racing, This will also be a Protest against you and a strike against your licence.
6 - All race starts will be standing starts only.
7 - A coin toss will be done to decide who has pole advantage.
8 - Must be on Teamspeak at all times so you know when your race is.
9 - All drivers must have a forum account to be added to a the entry list.
10 - No changing cars, once you have been put in the entry list you cannot change your car.
Protests:
There will be no Protests as admin will be watching every race.
